The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and that customers receive excellent service.
- Supervise and direct team members during shift
- Ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Train new employees
- Assist with inventory management

- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
