What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant and brewery operations. You'll work alongside ownership to cultivate a positive team culture, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest leaves looking forward to their next visit.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop our management and hourly teams.
- Foster a culture built on hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and respect.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and execution.
- Manage labor, scheduling, and operating costs while maintaining high service standards.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with the brewery and kitchen teams to execute events, seasonal offerings, and special promotions.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead by example, jumping in wherever needed to support the team.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with General Manager experience preferred.
- A servant leader who enjoys coaching and developing people.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and cost controls.
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
