We are looking for a skilled solar installer to join our team. As a solar installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and their associated components on residential and commercial properties. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels and related components on both residential and commercial properties
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience installing solar systems*preferred
- Knowledge of solar panel installation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, company truck provided on large jobs
- Vehicle maintenance and Fuel Reimbursement
- Must provide own tools
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to work in various weather conditions

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
