Riceland Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, vendors, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This position requires excellent communication, empathy, confidentiality, and strong multitasking skills to support daily corporate and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, candidates, vendors, and employees in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, provide accurate information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
- Manage meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and maintain an organized corporate calendar as needed.
- Perform data entry, filing, document management, and record maintenance using Google Workspace and other office software.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including correspondence, scanning, mail distribution, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communicate effectively with visitors, candidates, vendors, guests, and staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle sensitive situations and information with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and corporate office environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general computer applications.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
- Prior experience as a Corporate Receptionist, Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, or Administrative Assistant in a corporate office environment is preferred.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, scheduling, and office administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
