Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated experienced Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings. The Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with local codes and regulations.
This is a dedicated technical position, not a sales role. We value your diagnostic expertise, efficiency of job completion and quality of work; not your ability to perform high-pressure sales and upsell customers for the highest ticket price.
This position is a full time role. Typical shift is 5 -8's, Monday -Friday dayshift hours.
- Must have valid driver's license with clean insurable driving record.
- Minimum 4 years recent plumbing experience with a qualified licensed plumbing contractor.
Duties
- You will handle service calls, maintenance, and basic installations.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
- Sewer drain cleaning and camera services to include use of cable and water jet machines.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks or malfunctions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Manage heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing duties.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Plumber with a Minimum 4 years recent plumbing experience with a qualified licensed plumbing contractor.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems to include current code.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Possess a current State of Ohio drivers license with a clean driving record.

Pay
- Base pay plus Performance-based bonuses

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
