Ready for the World, LLC is hiring a compassionate Behavior Assistant/Companion to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one community support.
- Teach life and social skills.
- Assist with community outings.
- Complete service documentation.
- Communicate with families and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation.
- Florida Level II Background Screening required.
- Experience with IDD or APD services preferred.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM (15–20 hrs/week)
Pay: $15/hour
