Responsibilities
-
Manage and support the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil infrastructure projects

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
-
Process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
-
Coordinate with field teams to support construction activities, quality control, and safety compliance
-
Maintain communication with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders
Qualifications:
-
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-
5+ years of experience in construction project management or field operations
-
Knowledge of heavy civil construction (wet utilities, roadway, water/wastewater preferred)
-
Design Build / Alt. Delivery experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Proficiency in project management software and basic cost tracking (ViewPoint or similar Project Management Software, Primavera/MS Project Scheduling, and HCSS Heavybid are a plus.)
