Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their structural needs, preferences, and project goals, providing expert guidance throughout the design process
- Utilize Structure Studios software to create detailed, high quality 2D plans and accurate 3D renderings and visualizations that showcase proposed designs effectively
- Present design concepts clearly and enthusiastically, highlighting features that align with client desires and project specifications
- Revise plans based on feedback and site conditions
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and structural options to meet their aesthetic and functional requirements
- Drive sales by actively promoting our design services, upselling additional features, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from consultation to project completion
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible, accurate, and delivered on time
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, project details, and sales activities to support ongoing customer relationships
Skills
- Strong background in customer service with a genuine desire to assist clients and exceed their expectations
- Advanced experience with Structure Studios (required)
- 5+ years in design, drafting, 3D visualization
- Strong understanding of space planning and conditions
- Collaborate with designers and contractors
- Proven ability to sell design solutions confidently while maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor
- Proficiency in Structure Studios or similar architectural visualization software is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical details and design options to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while staying detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge of construction materials, structural principles, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
- A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning new tools and staying current on industry trends
