What You’ll Do:
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor project progress, quality, and field execution
- Evaluate plumbing installations for compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards
- Identify and resolve coordination issues, missing scope items, and potential delays
- Perform phase inspections using company checklists and photo documentation
- Prepare detailed jobsite reports with progress updates, photos, and field observations
- Communicate project status, manpower needs, scheduling impacts, and material requirements with Operations teams
- Participate in operations meetings to review project progress and upcoming priorities
- Coordinate material staging and ensure readiness for each phase of work
- Draw plumbing layouts for undergrounds and second-deck sleeving
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support constructability and field readiness
- Ensure field teams are working from current plans and specifications
- Uphold company quality standards and serve as the liaison between field operations and office teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent hands-on plumbing field experience required
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive plumbing industry experience required, including commercial and/or residential plumbing field operations; or licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber
- Demonstrated experience managing plumbing project coordination, scheduling, quality control inspections, manpower planning, and day-to-day plumbing field operations
- Advanced ability to read blueprints and accurately interpret plumbing plans, specifications, isometric drawings, and construction documents
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, underground and above-ground plumbing installations, plumbing layouts, applicable building and plumbing codes, contract compliance, construction scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, resource allocation, and overall plumbing construction project management
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with plumbing foremen, field personnel, subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, general contractors, and internal operations teams throughout all plumbing phases of construction projects
- Valid Florida Driver’s License (minimum age 25) and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, grasping, lifting, carrying, and pulling/pushing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.; Saturdays/overtime as needed
Pay: $36.00 - $48.00 per hour
