Role Description
This is a full-time, high-growth position for an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal located in Rockville, MD. The applicant must have prior experience working for a civil litigation law firm in Maryland. Further, candidates residing in Montgomery County, MD area are preferred. The Firm provides a very competitive compensation package with a unique bonus-structure that is designed to reward high-performers.
Key Qualifications
- Must have worked on civil discovery in Maryland/Virginia, including drafting Interrogatories, Document Production Requests, Requests for Admissions and Subpoena Duces Tecums.
- Must have prior experience with deposition preparation and scheduling.
- Must have prior experience with trial preparation.
- Must have experience with Clio (billing software).
- Ability to draft Pleadings and Motions like demurrers, pleas in bar etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team

Base Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year PLUS up to $45,000 in Eligible Bonuses based on performance criteria.
