Assistant Manager
Pay Range: $21– $23 per hour (includes base pay + personal commissions)

About the Role

As the Assistant Manager at our Jersey Shore Premium Outlet location, you will help lead the team to ensure those decision-makers receive world-class service. You’ll drive both personal and store-wide sales, assist in recruiting and coaching top talent, and maintain premium merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Development: Network, recruit, and assist in interviewing top talent. Train, coach, and evaluate your team to elevate performance and maintain company standards.
- Sales & Service: Consistently meet or exceed personal and store-wide sales metrics while delivering premium, world-class customer service.
- Store Operations: Assist in creating weekly work schedules to maximize sales, protect company assets through accurate inventory and cash management, and partner with HR to resolve operational issues.
- Merchandising & Strategy: Maintain a premium store appearance by executing visual guidelines and window changes. Analyze merchandise reports and identify market trends to maximize business opportunities.

What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience: Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred, paired with a stable employment history.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift at least 40 lbs, climb ladders, stand for long periods, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate store controls.
