Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse role in Grants, New Mexico. Responsible for managing patient care during surgery, maintaining a sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team. Opportunity to grow in a supportive perioperative setting.
Collaborate with surgical team and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
Prepare the operating room with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment
Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures
Maintain aseptic and sterile techniques
Document all nursing activities accurately in patient records
Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and postoperative care
Adhere to hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control policies
Active RN license in New Mexico or Compact State License
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
1+ year recent OR circulating experience required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification
