Still Waters Professional Counseling Services provides in-home and community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults across the greater Augusta area. Our work is hands-on, flexible, and rooted in meeting clients where they are.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Complete documentation within required timeframes
- Collaborate with families, support systems, and care teams
Schedule and Expectations
- You create your own schedule based on client availability
- Weekly supervision with your Team Leader
- Weekly clinical supervision towards state licensure as an LPC or LCSW
- Full-time status is based on 25 billable hours per week (direct client contact)
This is a community-based role. Travel within Augusta and surrounding counties is required.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counselor Education, or Clinical Psychology
- Completion of a practicum or internship required
- License-eligible or licensed candidates encouraged to apply
Bachelor’s-level candidates currently completing a Master’s internship may also be considered.
