Job Title: Field Operations Lead (Residential Cleaning & Interior Services)
Pay: $17-$20/hour
Type: Part-time (fast track to full-time)
We are a fast-growing residential cleaning company looking for a reliable, hands-on Field Operations Lead to help manage day-to-day operations.
We specialize in:
- Residential house cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Recurring cleaning services
- Window cleaning
- Expanding into carpet cleaning
This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in cleaning, hospitality, or service-based work who wants to grow into a larger role.
Travel Requirement (IMPORTANT):
This is a field-based position.
- You will travel to job sites daily
- Jobs may be up to 30–50 minutes away
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable driving between multiple jobs in a day

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting cleaning crews in the field
- Ensuring jobs are completed to high standards
- Training and guiding team members
- Performing quality checks on jobs
- Communicating with team members throughout the day
- Helping keep daily operations running smoothly
- Assisting with new services like carpet cleaning as we expand
Requirements:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience REQUIRED
- Cleaning, hospitality, or service industry experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to take ownership and solve problems
- Comfortable working both in the field and handling coordination
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license REQUIRED
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Experience training or managing a team
- Carpet cleaning or similar service experience
Schedule:
- Part-time to start (daytime availability required)
- Hours will increase as the business grows
