Gallatin Manor NursingRehabilitation is seeking a motivated Nursing Home Administrator who is eligible to obtain a Temporary Nursing Home Administrator License. Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
Work closely with facility leadership to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Support department managers and nursing leadership
Promote quality care, resident satisfaction, and survey readiness
Contribute to census growth and operational success while developing your leadership skills
Eligible to obtain a Temporary Nursing Home Administrator License (required)
Leadership experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desire to grow into a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator role
Starting salary of $75,000
Annual performance bonus of up to $10,000 based on survey outcomes and key performance metrics
Opportunity for salary growth upon obtaining licensure and based on facility census
