We are seeking a motivated Canvasser to join our team at Schanie Solutions. As a Canvasser, you will play a pivotal role in our outreach efforts, engaging with potential customers through door-to-door interactions. This position offers a performance-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential.
Duties:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and promote our products/services.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate product benefits and secure sales.
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for engaging with diverse communities.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain at least a 4 appointment per day average, with bonuses being offered if you get more than 35 appointments per week.
Skills:
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with a wider audience.
- Strong supervisory skills for overseeing canvassing teams.
- Familiarity with fundraising processes and electioneering practices is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
