Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of crepes following established recipes and presentation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as griddles and blenders safely and efficiently
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a clean workspace and uphold food safety standards
- Decorate and package crepes attractively
- Maintain high-volume production flow while adhering to recipe accuracy and portion control
- Learn cashier roles including welcoming customers, seating them, taking orders in a kind and friendly manner
- Support overall kitchen operations by cleaning workstations, organizing ingredients, and managing inventory
Experience
- Prior experience in food production, pastry or baked goods preparation, or culinary environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated crepe making skills and proficiency in food handling techniques
- Experience with high-volume food production and operating commercial kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to health regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
