Job Overview
The Ken Girty Real Estate Team is seeking a Marketing Specialist/Event Coordinator to lead marketing initiatives and create memorable events that elevate our brand presence.
The Marketing responsibilities:
- Design miscellaneous marketing assets
- Manage our website
- Create landing pages per new property
- Create "Just Listed" and "Just Sold" postcards
- Create social media posts
- Engage in social media comments
- Coordinate closing gifts with our real estate agents. Every agent is a little different with what they like so there will be some consulting and research on that.
The Event Coordination responsibilities:
- Reach out to local communities, schools, clubs, fairs, carnivals, etc... and see how we, "The Ken Girty Team," can get involved
- Coordinate with our real estate agents on the team for who is going to attend the events and what days/times
- Advertise our monthly "First Time Home Buyer" workshops at our office in East Liberty.
This will require a little bit of traveling like to drop prizes off or to set up booths as those opportunities come up. As you can imagine the hours will be a bit fluid as well. Since depending on the events they might be on nights and weekends, but the bulk of the job will be during normal business hours. You will not be required to actually work the events that will be the real estate agents' jobs.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
