High Road Delivery is a licensed medical cannabis courier service partnering with Curaleaf pharmacies across Utah. We’re hiring delivery drivers for our Lehi hub to bring patients their medicine safely, quickly, and with a smile.
Coverage area: You should be comfortable driving throughout the greater Salt Lake Valley and northern Utah County, including Draper, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, Midvale, Murray, Millcreek, Sugar House, Salt Lake City, Holladay, South Salt Lake, Herriman, Magna, West Jordan, Riverton, Tooele, Grantsville, Kearns, Taylorsville, West Valley City, South Jordan, Bluffdale, Kaysville, Rose Park, Farmington, Bountiful, Centerville, Woods Cross, and North Salt Lake.
What you’ll do:
- Pick up prepared orders from our Lehi hub and deliver them to patients’ doors
- Confirm patient ID and collect payment at time of delivery
- Represent High Road and Curaleaf with a friendly, professional, patient-first attitude
What we’re looking for:
- Your own reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance
- Comfort covering the territory listed above
- A genuinely helpful attitude. Many of our patients are elderly or managing health conditions, and good customer service matters
- Ability to pass a background check (required for state cannabis courier badging)
Schedule: Open 7 days a week, with morning and afternoon delivery windows. Shifts are 4 hours. We’re looking for drivers available for either window, and drivers who can work multiple shifts are a big plus.
Pay: Earn $10 per completed delivery, plus tips. Drivers typically complete up to 10 deliveries per 4-hour shift, so earning potential is up to $100 per shift (around $25/hour) before tips. On any shift where you show up and complete fewer than 2 deliveries, you’re guaranteed a $20 availability fee.
