Responsibilities
- Quote and sell Personal Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Commercial Auto, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and other insurance products.
- Service and retain an established book of business by building long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up with prospects who have already expressed interest in our insurance services.
- Respond promptly to daily inbound leads and referral opportunities.
- Review client policies and recommend appropriate coverage based on their needs.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and new business.
- Maintain accurate client notes and schedule timely follow-up activities.
- Meet individual sales and retention goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Provide coverage reviews and insurance evaluations
- Assist insurance clients with policy documents and payments.
Qualifications
- Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to grow.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred but not required.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
