Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bar service, including serving drinks, and customer interactions to ensure a memorable experience.
- Manage daily operations by overseeing POS systems such as Tost POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle cash handling procedures, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate register reconciliations.
- Maintain a lively yet professional atmosphere at the bar by managing staff schedules and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies while promoting a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service management with a focus on bar operations, ideally within fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Tost POS is highly preferred.
- Strong background in serving, catering, banquet experience, or retail math to handle diverse guest needs efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in busy environments while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Familiarity with alcohol serving regulations is essential.
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality or brewing environments is advantageous.
