Summary:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, evaluating, and communicating data that will provide stakeholders and Elmcor leadership with a data-driven, evidence-based approach to implement programs that will benefit the community and improve outcomes. The Data Specialist will work with program specialists in completing online reporting cycle entries, uploading evaluation tools, submitting required reports, and ensuring fidelity of programs as per developer. The person in this position will also work closely with Elmcor data system operators across all programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support daily operations, maintenance, and quality assurance of the agency data stored in and extracted from the electronic data collection system.

Development of quality assurance and fidelity measures

Interprets and implements quality assurance standards.

Assist Elmcor leadership and subject matter experts by ensuring that the program’s implementation, participants, and training are accurately documented, and ensuring the quality and completeness of data available for analysis.

Denotes procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.

Collect, analyze, and map data for program assessment and health education activities.

Analyze data and provide interpretation for quality assurance, evaluation, and program development.

Documents internal audits and other quality assurance activities and reports the same out to program manager, directors , and executive director.

Summarize and present findings as appropriate.

Contribute to the development of comprehensive proposals, protocols, and evaluation plans for selected projects.

Collects and complex statistical quality data.

Prepares reports to communicate outcomes and quality activities.

Contribute to narrative and data reporting to interval leadership and stakeholders on evaluation activities and indicators, in collaboration with program managers.

Education and Experience

Must have a high school diploma along with at least 5 years of administrative work experience.

Excellent computer skills, proficiency in database management

Good verbal and written communications skills and excellent computer skills a must.

Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA and outcome-driven data analysis
