Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fine dining or casual restaurant setting. Prior experience with POS systems and food handling is preferred, along with a strong focus on hospitality and guest services.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours or special events
- Follow all sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols to ensure guest health and safety

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in serving, bussing, host/host roles, or kitchen support is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability may be required
- A friendly attitude with a team-oriented mindset committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
