We've been serving Springfield since 1999, but the last few years have been some of the biggest in our history. We recently purchased another repair shop, expanded to two buildings on three acres, and now operate with 19 bays and 13 lifts. We're continuing to grow because we believe in investing in the business, our customers, and our team.
We're looking for an experienced technician who enjoys difficult diagnostics, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of something that's still growing.
This Is More Than Parts Swapping
We specialize in solving the repairs that other shops struggle with.
You'll work on everything from drivability concerns and electrical issues to A/C systems, diagnostics, fleet vehicles, and just about everything in between.
When someone gets stuck on a difficult diagnosis, we don't point fingers. We grab another set of eyes and solve it together. Nobody here knows everything, and that's exactly how we like it.

Attitude is important here, a few years ago, we let our highest-producing technician leave because his attitude was hurting the rest of the team.

Compensation & Benefits
$70,000-$90,000+ annually
Hourly pay plus production bonuses.
No flat-rate pressure.
