In this role, you’ll ditch the cubicle for face-to-face interactions at local events, building real relationships and providing a top-tier brand experience for our clients. You’ll collaborate daily with our sales and marketing teams to ensure every customer gets the support they deserve. Key Responsibilities for the Wireless Enrollment Representative
- Directly interact with customers in-person at local events, ask questions and build rapport to identify their needs, offering personalized wireless products and services.
- Explain wireless service offerings in a clear, informative manner to customers
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers, walk them through the sales process, and answer any questions that they may have, offering exceptional customer service.
- Create opportunities to increase customer sales, offer additional products and services tailored to their specific needs, adding value to the company experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and service requests, fostering long-term relationships and ongoing satisfaction.
- Offer feedback and share best practices with other Wireless Enrollment Representatives to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience and meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Follow up with customers and maintain consistent communication with existing clients to build brand loyalty and ongoing relationships.
Qualifications for the Wireless Enrollment Representative
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing position, such as customer service, retail sales, or account management.
- A high school diploma is required for this role.
- Strong verbal and written communication to successfully convey information to clients and customers, as well as active listening skills to identify opportunities.
- Quick on your feet to solve problems, achieve results and sales metrics, as well as troubleshoot with customers effectively and professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with other Client Services Associates in your team, upper management, and other departments to successfully achieve goals and drive revenue.
