Job Summary
Regency Christian Academy is seeking a 5th Grade Teacher who is passionate about Christian education and committed to helping students grow academically, spiritually, and socially. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instructional skills, excellent classroom management, and a heart for discipleship.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instruction in math, reading, writing, science, social studies, and Bible using RCA’s approved curriculum
- Create a structured, positive classroom environment that supports learning and reflects Christlike character
- Integrate biblical worldview into daily lessons and model spiritual leadership
- Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, projects, and formative assessments
- Communicate consistently with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and classroom updates
- Collaborate with faculty to support schoolwide goals and maintain alignment across grade levels
- Participate in chapel, school events, professional development, and staff meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field
- Florida teaching certification preferred; ACSI certification a plus
- Prior experience teaching upper elementary grades strongly preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to Christian faith and agreement with RCA’s Statement of Faith
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills

Pay: $28,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
