Gatsby Glass is a company with over 30 locations, and the Boise Location was the top location in 2023, 2024, and 2025. We are excited to be growing and looking for the next estimator to add to our team. Looking for someone that wants to be part of a growth minded culture of people who are shaking up the glass industry in the Treasure Valley.
This Opportunity is for you, if you are:
- Experienced in the construction industry, specifically with taking specific and accurate measurements.
- Professional, outgoing, personable, and compassionate.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable using the latest technology and willing to learn new software and hardware when needed.
- Organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task.

About the Role:
As an Estimator at Gatsby Glass, you will serve as a trusted glazing consultant for both existing and prospective customers. You will meet with clients in person to understand their needs, evaluate each unique situation, and recommend the most appropriate glass applications and hardware solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a face-to-face, consultative sales environment and takes pride in guiding customers toward the best solution—not just making a sale. You’ll combine strong communication and relationship-building skills with a sharp eye for detail, as you will be responsible for capturing accurate, final field measurements prior to material ordering.
Once formal quotes are prepared and sent by you or our office team, you will play a key role in following up on open opportunities. This includes confirming whether bids have been awarded, clearly communicating all pertinent details to the internal team when projects are won, and professionally addressing customer concerns or objections when a competitor is being considered—working to retain or win the business whenever possible.
You will present thoughtful, innovative solutions with professionalism and confidence throughout the entire sales process. Accuracy, organization, follow-through, and accountability are critical, as your work directly impacts project success, team coordination, and customer satisfaction.
