Compensation & Bonuses:

Weekly Average: $1,300 – $1,600

Top Earners: Our top 20% of drivers consistently hit $1,800+ per week.

Pay Rate: $0.54 – $0.60 CPM (Based on experience)

Performance Bonus: Additional $0.03 CPM monthly.

Additional Pay: Paid orientation, detention, layover, and breakdown.
Schedule & Equipment:

Home Time: 12 days on / 2 full days off.

Miles: 2,300 – 3,000 miles per week.

Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (50-60% Drop & Hook).

Trucks: Late-model 2022+ Freightliners & Kenworths.

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL and 21+ years old.

3+ months recent tractor-trailer experience.
