Role summary:
The Associate Director, Recruiting focuses on our Interim and Project Services practice, placing accounting and finance professionals in project-based and consulting roles. This position is specifically designed for accounting and finance professionals (CPA a plus) who are interested in pivoting their careers into recruiting. It offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in a more dynamic, relationship-driven environment while staying closely connected to the F&A space.
You’ll build relationships, evaluate talent, and play a key role in matching professionals with business-critical projects — all within a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
Base Salary: The base salary range is $70,000 – $90,000/year DOE. The total compensation will typically range from $95,000 to 200,000/year OTE.
