Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures that adhere to industry standards for hygiene and safety regulations.
- Oversee industrial cleaning tasks, including deep cleans and specialized sanitation projects, ensuring thoroughness and compliance.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry services, and custodial equipment to maintain operational readiness.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations to foster a professional and motivated team.
- Monitor quality control by conducting regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly.

Requirements
- Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping management with a strong background in sanitation practices.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills that motivate staff and foster teamwork.
- Knowledge of cleaning & sanitation management, safety regulations, and industrial cleaning procedures.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively coordinate tasks, provide feedback, and resolve issues swiftly.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Experience in laundry operations within hospitality or healthcare settings is highly desirable.
