Location: NY 14527
Pay: $1,258 – $1,420
FT Days and Evenings, 5x8 hrs per week
Must start full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
Every other weekend and holidays required
Provide direct and indirect resident care under RN supervision
Assist with ADLs, hygiene, grooming, mobility, incontinence, skin care, and nutrition
Maintain resident safety, clean environment, and respond to call lights
Support rehabilitative needs and follow care plans
Document care and report changes in resident status
NY LPN License (Required)
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI) (Required)
Minimum 1 year LPN experience in LTC (Required)
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
