We are a small, faith-based construction company working on small to large residential renovation projects in Beaver County. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of carpentry. We are looking to hire 1-2 employees to join our team and open to individuals as Entry Level Carpenter's to Lead Carpenter's with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Will be taking part in various phases on full renovation projects from demo and organizing all the way to kitchen installs, tile and trim work requiring a high attention to detail.
- Considerable knowledge of tools and construction related math skills will be needed.
- Will be required to do physical labor, lifting of heavy objects is required, sometimes working from heights.
- Ability to understand and follow plans and drawings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
- Being on time, a team player and a good listener are a must.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and a working cell phone
- High School degree
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Able to lift 80 pounds and work in outdoor environments
Compensation & Schedule:
- Full time: Monday – Friday
Our work days begin at 7am.
Monday - Thursday are typically longer days with half day Fridays.
- Hourly rate for this position is $17 - $34 depending on experience and qualifications. We are open to entry level Carpentry positions, up to a Lead Carpenter.
