A Busser and Barback have interchangeable responsibilities throughout each shift.
Duties include:
- Cleanliness of the restaurant, setting and clearing tables to provide a clean and tidy environment.
- Removing used plates, glasseware, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
- Sweeping and mopping up water spills, food stains, and dirt throughout the restaurant.
- Check and maintain the cleanliness of Guest tables.
- Check and maintain cleanliness of Busser Station.
- Bring all dishware to the dish area for cleaning.
- Perform opening and closing side duties.
- Keep Bar stocked and assist Bartenders with any needs.
- Change Kegs when necessary.
- Wipe off Bar top and help keep bar area clean and organized.
- Stock all bat glassware as needed.
