SummaryThe Kitchen Support team member assists in maintaining an efficient, clean, and organized kitchen environment at the golf course restaurant. This position supports cooks and kitchen staff with food preparation, dishwashing, cleaning, and stocking to ensure high-quality service for members, guests, and event functions. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food prep tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Prepare simple menu items as directed by kitchen leadership.
- Restock food stations and ensure ingredients are readily available during service.
- Assist with banquet and event preparation as needed.
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and kitchen workspace.
- Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures.
- Remove trash and recycling and maintain clean waste areas.
- Receive and properly store deliveries.
- Rotate stock and label food items according to food safety standards.
- Clean kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and storage areas.
- Support cooks and servers during peak service times.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 pounds.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during golf events.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
