What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate care to patients within the Progressive Care Unit
- Maintain a patient nurse ratio of approximately 1:5
- Perform IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Document patient care using the Epic system
- Monitor and update patient status according to medical protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
- Support unit activities and ensure compliance with hospital policies
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license
- ACLS and BCLS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent PCU experience
- Strong skills in telemetry, IV initiation, and patient monitoring
- Preferred: previous travel nursing experience
