Now Hiring: Concrete Plant Supervisor
Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in concrete production? We're looking for a motivated and safety-focused Concrete Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our concrete batching plant and ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the concrete batching plant.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet contractors demands and delivery deadlines.
- Ensure all products meet quality control standards and specifications.
- Lead, train, and motivate plant personnel while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of plant equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other materials.
- Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and safety records.
- Collaborate with management to optimize plant performance.
- Maintain and perform preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ready-mix concrete production and quality control.
- Familiarity with batching software and plant automation systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Salary dependent on qualification.
