Leo Uemura Chiropractic is a busy, tech‑forward chiropractic clinic in Torrance serving both English‑ and Japanese‑speaking patients. We help people get out of pain and back to doing what they love using advanced therapies like spinal decompression, shockwave, and EMTT.
Job Summary
This is a hands‑on, entry‑level role in healthcare. You’ll start by helping patients with therapies during our morning rush, then grow into front desk and patient‑flow responsibilities as you master the basics.
Clinical / Therapy Support
Set patients up on and off the spinal decompression machine and other simple therapies (full training provided)
Guide patients between rooms and keep visits moving on time
Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and organized
Front Desk & Patient Experience (after initial training)
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and make them feel welcome from the moment they walk in
- Help with check‑in/check‑out, scheduling, and basic phone calls
- Support the doctor and team to keep the schedule running smoothly
Skills
- Basic Windows computer skills
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while paying close attention to detail
- Comfortable standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the shift
- Clear, friendly communication in English/Japanese language is a plus, but not required
- No chiropractic or medical experience needed. We provide full training on all therapies and systems.
