As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers, learn proven sales techniques, and develop valuable communication and leadership skills through paid training. Every Entry Level Sales Associate is supported by experienced mentors who are committed to helping you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with customers professionally.
- Learn about products and services to confidently assist customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build positive customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Educate customers on current promotions and available offerings.
- Maintain accurate product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Work closely with teammates to achieve daily and weekly goals.
- Support company marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain a professional image while representing our clients.
