Position Summary
As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping guests discover the value and convenience of unlimited wash memberships. Every interaction is an opportunity to create loyal customers and drive the growth of our business.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Educate guests on the benefits of unlimited wash memberships
- Meet and exceed membership sales goals
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility

Performance Expectations
Successful Membership Sales Associates are expected to:
- Achieve a 20% or higher membership conversion rate
- Maintain a retail wash ticket average of $15 or greater
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Pay
· $17-$18 per hour based on experience PLUS Sales Commissions
