We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team for the Day shift (5:45am to 2:15pm) . The ideal candidate will have experience with machining, logic controllers, and mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure production specifications are met
- Set up machines according to product specifications
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Inspect parts with precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role - min 1 year experience
- Proficiency in operating and setting up machinery
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of plastics extrusion and blow molding processes is a plus
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
