Job Duties to include:
- Conduct assistive technology evaluations and provide services in accordance with students' IEPs.
- Recommend, customize, adapt, maintain, and support the use of assistive technology devices to enhance student functional capabilities.
- Provide training and technical assistance to students, families, and educational staff.
- Collaborate with families and educational teams to coordinate assistive technology services and support student needs.
Locations:
- Alexander, Attica, Batavia, & Letchworth
Salary range:
- $50,000-$70,000 @ .5 FTE = $25,000-$35,000
- Negotiable based on experience

Qualifications:
- Permanent or Professional NYS Certification in one of the following:
- Speech and Hearing Handicapped
- Speech and Language Disability
- Occupational Therapy
- Special Education OR
- Initial certification will be considered for temporary or part time positions, but in most cases, experience in this position cannot be used to convert to a professional certificate.
Prefer Candidates with the following experience:
- Prior experience teaching students with disabilities is strongly preferred. Experience with Assistive Technology preferred
