Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components using various welding techniques and tools. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in multiple welding processes. The Welder/Fitter will work closely with other team members to ensure high-quality production standards are met.
Duties
- Perform welding tasks using GTAW welding techniques on Exotic Metal materials.
- Fit and assemble metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate press brake machines and cranes safely and effectively.
- Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, for accurate fabrication.
- Execute pipe threading and soldering tasks as required.
- Fabricate ductwork with precision to meet project specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding and fitting, with a strong understanding of various welding techniques.
- Familiarity with operating press brake machines and cranes is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers.
- Experience in ductwork fabrication, pipe threading, and soldering is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
