What You'll Do as a Quick Lane Manager
- · Lead daily operations of the Quick Lane, including scheduling, workflow, and floor presence
- · Coach and develop a team of service advisors and technicians
- · Drive sales performance and CSI scores in partnership with dealership leadership
- · Build customer trust by clearly communicating service needs and vehicle maintenance value
- · Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and speed
- · Generate estimates, oversee repair follow-up, and ensure zero-fall-through on open ROs
What We're Looking For in a Quick Lane Manager
- · Proven management experience in a quick lube or high-volume service environment (required)
- · Strong track record of hitting sales and satisfaction targets
- · Natural leadership presence — you raise the room, not just manage it
- · Dealership service department background is a significant plus
- · Clean background; drug-free workplace
