Job Overview
The ideal candidate for the Property Operations Assistant position will possess a

Duties
● Daily Operational Oversight: Ensure all aspects of property operations run
smoothly on a daily basis, including resident services, maintenance
coordination, and administrative tasks.
● Resident Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents,
addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a positive
community environment that encourages retention and engagement.
● Leasing Support: Assist in managing the leasing process by following up
with prospects, conducting property tours, and working with potential
residents to convert leads into leases.
● Maintenance Coordination: Oversee and prioritize maintenance requests,
ensuring all work orders are completed promptly and that the property is
well-maintained to luxury standards.
● Financial & Administrative Support: Assist the Onsite Property Manager
with budget preparation, rent collection, financial reporting, and expense
management to ensure sustainable property performance.
● Marketing & Community Engagement: Help execute community events, handle social media and
local outreach efforts to enhance the property’s reputation and strengthen
relationships with residents and local businesses.
● Team Collaboration: Support the property management team, ensuring
effective communication and collaboration with maintenance staff, leasing
agents, and external vendors. Regularly report back to the Onsite Property
Manager on operational and resident-related updates.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in property management, customer
service or sales related profession with a preference for experience with
luxury or Class A residential properties.
● Positive attitude with problem solving abilities.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to handle
day-to-day operations efficiently.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building
rapport with tenants, staff, and community partners.
● Basic financial knowledge, including rent collections, expense
management, and reporting.
● Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and
Microsoft Office Suite.
● Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English) to enhance communication with a
diverse tenant base.
Compensation:
