As a Precision Assembly Technician, you’ll take ownership of high-quality builds from initial components through final assembly, ensuring every detail meets rigorous industry standards.
You’ll review an operation manual, set up your workspace, and move through clearly defined steps to assemble Potter Global Technologies products. Throughout the day you’ll switch between tasks that demand focus, consistency, and teamwork—always with safety and quality in mind.
- Read and follow written instructions from an operation manual to guide consistent assembly work
- Use hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters and power tools to build products accurately
- Complete packing by placing parts into cartons and sealing them with auto tape dispensers
- Maintain a safe, orderly station and follow all company safety practices
- Support a positive, collaborative environment—proactively resolving conflicts and being a dependable teammate
- Work with manufacturing leaders, accept feedback, and apply it to elevate quality and performance
- Pitch in on additional tasks to help the team hit milestones and goals
- Comfort with repetitive movements of lightweight parts (up to 10 pounds per part)
- Strong time management and a track record of meeting deadlines
- Clear, respectful communication and a collaborative mindset
