Overview
We are seeking an experienced Skilled Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be integral to supporting production processes, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and contributing to continuous process improvements. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, use of hand and power tools, and ability to interpret technical drawings will drive operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Perform general labor on oilfield and construction sites
- Assist with material handling and job site cleanup
- Operate hand tools and follow crew instructions
- Support equipment operators, welders, and foremen
- Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety procedures
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of general labor or oilfield experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tough outdoor environments
- Must pass drug and alcohol screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- H2S, PEC/Safeland certifications a plus
