Beyond Talentedge has a Direct hire opportunity for a manufacturing client seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain CNC machining centers, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete maintenance reports and work orders.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Troubleshoot Fanuc controls and manufacturing equipment.
- Follow all Lockout/Tagout and OSHA safety procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.
- Work with and oversee outside contractors when needed.
- Use test equipment to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
- Support other maintenance projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5–7 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical repair experience.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls preferred.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and email skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Schedule:
$24-34 an hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00am- 3:30pm
