Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs.
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures.
- Use Epic (EHR) for patient check-in, check-out, appointment scheduling, and documentation.
- Assist with both clinical and administrative duties.
- Scan and organize patient records.
- Communicate with patients by phone, My Health Online, and text messaging.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential medical records.
- Support providers and fellow team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
Qualifications
