Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen team members to join our team. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Buss tables and assist with the overall dining experience by ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food and operating kitchen equipment.
- Participate in banquet preparations as needed, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
- A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various kitchen responsibilities as needed.
