What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Understand and present lease and finance options
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication
- Stay informed on new model features and technologies
- Achieve and exceed personal and team goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience a plus — but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to recover quickly from setbacks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
